Documentary requirements:

1. Entrance Examination Result
2. Original High School Card
3. Good Moral Certificate from the Principal, Guidance Counselor or Adviser
4. Secure Referral Slip from the University Medical Clinic for the Chest X-Ray
5. Latest Original copy of Birth Certificate from N.S.O.

Application Procedure:

1. Submit all required documents and accomplished application form to the University Registrar’s office.
2. Take the MCU entrance examination and wait for results.
