Documentary requirements:

1. Accomplished application kit (can be obtained at the Office of Admissions and Aid, ADMU)

Application fee: Php 500.00

Application procedure:

1. Secure the application kit from the Office of Admissions and Aid, Kostka Hall, Ateneo de Manila University.
2. Fill out and submit all completed forms and other requirements to the same office.
   Note: Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Application period: November 16, 2009 to December 16, 2009.
Exam schedule: January 17, 2010 at the Loyola Heights campus from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
